Loved this painting of Lucien Bonaparte and his wife Christine. 

There’s a sister painting of Christine alone that’s basically a detailed section of the previous painting.

I’ve never seen marble carving like this. 


I have no idea what’s going on in this painting. 


Saint Catherine Thomas. The original flying nun.


Bacchus as a baby. 


Nymph and Faunes. 


Note the ears. 


They also make great handles.
