A pretty amazing day. We had Celebrity Cruises Private Journeys create a tour for the two of us. They did an amazing job. We were picked up at the dock by a driver and a translator. They took us to a family owned plantation that grows sugar cane, coffee, and macadamia nuts. On the way we saw sloths and beautiful foliage.

We stopped at a small fruit stand along side the road for coconut water. The owner’s son tapped them for us. We also had some sort of stewed fruit.
